Adèle Humbert trained as lawyer before becoming a journalist and podcast producer. She began her career as a producer in the United States. In Chicago, she investigated potential wrongful convictions. She produced Shaken, a true crime podcast that led to the review of the trial of a young American woman. Shaken was awarded “Best podcast” at the Lisagor Awards and EPPY Awards.
In 2017, she investigated the Paradise Papers, within the investigation unit department of the French National Public Radio - Radio France - and in partnership with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ).
As an entrepreneur, she also works as an independant podcast producer and consultant for companies, media outlets and organizations. also developing a parallel activity as a consultant and producer for brands, institutions and the media.
Adele Humbert is a graduate of Sciences Po and of Columbia University.
